Through ritual, ceremony, experiential, relational and somatic therapeutic modalities, we will take our time co-creating a safe enough space for you to open up, melt the layers of armoring, befriend the many aspects or ‘parts’ of you that have been in hiding or exile. You will be able to not only access your deepest wounds, shadows and blind spots but also transform them into a more liberated and fulfilled life.
I believe you are capable of shedding the patterns, habits, and survival strategies (that your psyche understandably created in order to survive) that are no longer serving you. Tangible change and real transformation is what I want for you.Together, we can support you to create new, healthier strategies to get your needs met and actualize your dreams!
Whether you are experienced with, or new to, plant medicine or other psychedelic journeying, we can help you integrate the profound insights, continue to process any uncomfortable pieces, while holding on to and applying the important messages you received.

SoulWork Individual Sessions

50-minute sessions where we tune in and support you doing your deepest soul work. We can also support you in preparing for or integrating empathogenic or entheogenic experiences. We use trauma-informed mindfulness, somatic practices, and nervous system re-patterning to help you get the most out of life and from your expanded-state journeys.

Important Information About my Services
While I hold a Master's in Counseling Psychology and extensive training in various therapeutic modalities, I want to be clear that I am not a licensed psychotherapist or medical provider. As a Relational Somatic Counselor, I provide support, guidance, and integration services, but I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
If you have received mental health diagnoses from healthcare providers, I welcome the opportunity to work with you as part of your broader support system. I encourage all clients to maintain relationships with their licensed healthcare providers, including therapists, psychiatrists, and primary care physicians, who can provide medical oversight and mental health treatment.
My role is to:
Provide support during sessions prescribed by licensed medical professionals
Offer integration counseling and somatic awareness practices
Guide personal growth and development work
Support your exploration of expanded states of consciousness
Help you develop deeper relationships with yourself and others
My role is not to:
Diagnose mental health conditions
Provide medical advice or treatment
Prescribe or manage medications
Replace the care of licensed mental health professionals
Provide crisis intervention services
I am happy to coordinate with your existing healthcare team to ensure you receive comprehensive, integrated care that supports your overall wellbeing.
